While providing quality workmanship and consistent service delivery is paramount, equally important for Solid Ground is workplace safety. “Actually, it’s our number one priority – not only for our staff, but for everyone on a Solid Ground site” said CEO Mark James.
Safety and staff well being are always topics at our Toolbox talks, as was the case on Friday afternoon when some of our Sydney team members convened at Heritage Park, Castle Hill.
“Safety is very much about following the correct procedures – and not taking shortcuts. Not only is safety paramount for our staff, it’s imperative that subcontractors and suppliers, the customer and the customers’ customers stay safe. We have a perfect safety record and we aim to keep it that way” said Mark proudly.
