Solid Ground Landscaping make sure we attend to the little things that separate us from the competition.  A great example of this is reflected in some feedback that one of our Team Leaders received from a resident of a retirement village we look after. Now that is genuine customer service. Nice touch Sarah…… “the young woman who called in yesterday to do the heavy pruning of our roses was so sweet & courteous. I just mentioned to her that one bush here still had a few blooms even this late in the season. When I returned from my shopping later that morning, she had cut the blooms off & fashioned them into a bouquet & fastened them onto my screen door! When you get little gestures like this you regain a bit of hope for the human race!”……
